4. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information and necessary access to digital assets for project execution. Failure to provide required resources may result in project delays or termination.

5. Limitation of Liability

Growth Plus AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. We do not guarantee specific metrics, as digital performance depends on various external factors.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the termination date.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
